Refund policy

Returns:

We accept returns: for the following "Faulty Products" in which the item arrives "Damaged" or in "Poor Condition" or with "lower than expected quality" in which case see the Damages and issues: Section for full details

We don't accept returns: if the item arrives with you in good condition and with no quality defects. For more info see the Refunds: section  

Return postage: We offer free returns on all "Faulty Products" and all items must be dispatched back to us within 14 days after receiving your returns label.

Timescale: Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your product for any issues or defects with your product.

 

 

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days at sales@scoellphotography.co.uk for all "Faulty Products" if the item is defective, damaged, of lower than expected quality or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please see Refund: section for what constitutes a "Faulty Product".

 

Refunds:

Will be undertaken on a case for case basis, please contact me with any issues whatsoever as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your item, refunds will cover the following situations.

* Damaged products (damaged during delivery)

* Substandard products ("lower than expected quality") or the product not meeting your expectations. NOTE: Slight variances in color, sharpness, image noise, and crop between the online product and the physical product, will not be treated as a "substandard product" due to the difference in screen technology used when viewing products online.

* Faulty Products (Either damaged or not complete) and defects created by poor manufacture and faulty materials

Cancelation Policy:

We don't accept cancellations due to the nature of our products and the work involved with framing and packaging.

We may however in certain circumstances be able offer a refund but this isn't guaranteed and the timescale for this varies, but please contact me straight away if you would like to cancel your order.

Below gives a rough guide for more info but the timescales can't be guaranteed.

If you contact me quickly enough before any work is undertaken I will be able to cancel and offer a full refund.

I will be able to offer a partial refund if the product has already been worked on, This refund amount will depend on the item that has been ordered.
